ABOUT US

We are a small town street fair that is rich in 4H and family tradition.  The Red Lake County fair has something for everyone.  We honor the elders of our county, the family farms that built our county , local talent, and open class exhibits.  The fair gives local members of the community the chance to show case their talents in the open class division, parade their live stock in the barns and animal games, the 4H'ers a opportunity to show off the skills they have developed, the projects they have made and show their talents to the community.

 

The Red Lake County fair is located in Oklee Minnesota, but serves the towns of Brooks, Plummer, and Red Lake Falls as well as Oklee.  We take over main street, the local school, city hall as well as the barns and OK Coral.

 

The fair board is headed up by Lowell Hamrum and Mike Dessellier.  Both of these gentlemen have lived their lives in Red Lake County, graduating from one of the local schools and have dedicated many years to giving back to the people of the county. 

 

We welcome everyone to the Red Lake County Fair.  What we lack in size we make up for in heart.  We hope you will stop by and see us, have a bite to eat at the 4H food booth, take in the exibits, visit our vendors and an event or two.
